Parliamentary Conference Meetings. KING TO ATTEND LUNCH. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, April 28. The Empire Parliamentary Conference, composed of representatives from all political parties in every Dominion and colony, mostly back-benchers, but including a Cabinet Minister from each Dominion, will open at Westminster on May 3, and concludes on May 7, when the King will attend luncheon, at Westminster Hall, to 05 delegates and their wives. The conference embraces daily debates over a wide range of subjects, in which the delegates can speak freely, as their speeches will not be reported.
