The Birkenhead Borough Council decided last evening to vote £35 to the fund. The council decided to form itself into a committee to organise the collection of tiubscriptions at Birkenhead, and representatives of the various organisations are to be added to group committee. All the money r..ised is to go to the Auckland metropolitan fund.
