MILLIONS FROM AMERICA. (Received 2 p.m.) OSLO, March 22., '.The Norwegian Government is claiming £13,800,000 from the United States Government on behalf of a Norwegian citizen, Cristoffer Hannevig, whose American property, including shipyards, was allegedly confiscated for war purposes in 1917.
