WOOL FOR GERMANY.
SOUTH AFRICAN RECIPROCITY. (Received 2 p.m.) CAPETOWN, March 22. The South African Government has come to a rearrangement with Germany whereby increases in purchases of German goods will enable Germany to buy £500,000 worth more of South African wool.
