SEARCH FOR MATTER IN N.Z. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. An arrival by the Awatea to-day was Captain F. McDermott, a retired Indian Army officer, who has been commissioned by the 8.8.C. to broadcast educational lectures. During recent months he has travelled extensively for. the purpose of gathering material to extend the 8.8.C. School Broadcasting policy. He will tour the North Island.
