BOXING.
OFFER BY SCHMELTNG. TITLE FIGHT AT BERLIN. (Received 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 22. Sehmeling has offered Braddock a 350.000 dollar guarantee for a title fight at Berlin in June. Brail dock's manager has demanded 400.000 dollars. Sehmeling plans to pay the Madison Square Garden syndicate 50.000 dollars to release him from his contract if he comes to terms with Braddock.
