GOLF.
■ PUPUKE CLUB. There was a good attendance at the annual general meeting of the I'upuke Golf Club. The length of the course has been increased by over oOOyds and a new hole brought into use. The officers for the ensuing year are:— Patrons, Sir James Parr and Mrs. T. Atwood; president. Dr. P. Andrew; vicepresidents, Messrs. T. E. Gooding and S. Ardley; club captain, Mr. G. C. Malcolm; vice-captain, Mr. 11. Randrnp; committee, Messrs. H. A. Craig, A. P. Burnett, J. Drought, C. Jaggs and E. L. Kyan; lady members, Mrs. H. L. Bowden, Misses A. G. Williams and M. D. Parker; hon. solicitor. Mr. C. H. M. Wills: hon. auditor, Mr. H. L. Bowden : secretary and treasurer, Mr. C. A. Elvy ORAKEI CLUB. In the final of the summer four-ball competition .T. E. Batty and B. S. Stichbury beat D. K. Duncan and T. 11. Wood 1 up.
