FRICTION ENDED.
ITALO-BRITISH FRACAS. (Received 11 a.m.) SHANGHAI, February 25. The friction between British soldiers and Italian sailors, caused by a fracas at a dance hall on Monday in which several on both sides suffered injuries, has ended. An Italian officer and sailors left flowers and sweets at the hospital where the British are being treated.
