LEAGUE OF MOTHERS.
MOUNT EDEN BRANCH.
The opening meeting for the year was held on Wednesday, Airs. Raeburn presiding over a large attendance. The meeting took the form of a "pay-up and social afternoon." Mrs. J. Poole gave elocutionary items, and items were given by the newly-formed trio, consisting of Mesdames Lewis, Scott and Xicholls. Afternoon tea. was served by the committee.
