Splinters Injure Officers of Royal Oak.

(Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, February 24. During one of four air raids on Valencia on Monday night an antiaircraft shell burst on the quarterdeck of the British battleship Royal Captain Brew, Commander Peachey and three others were struck by splinters. Injuries were superficial and no one was incapacitated. Accepting the affair as accidental, Britain does not contemplate diplomatic action, states a subsequent cable message.
