BRITISH SAILORS ABUSED. British Official Wireless. (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, February 24. 111-treatment inflicted upon three British sailors by Japanese police officials at Keelung is still being actively diacussed with the Japanese Government. The Foreign Secretary told the Honee of Commons that the Japanese Government has not yet rendered satisfaction, but Mr. Eden said he still hoped it would be found possible to reach a settlement.
