VISIT DUKE OF WINDSOR. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON', February 22. While his wife may stay with her sister in Munich, the Duke of Kent will probably pay a visit to the Duke of Windsor in Austria and may accompany him ski-ing in the Tyrol, writes a "Daily Telegraph" correspondent.
