Tomatoes were slightly higher in price to-day. Peaches were in short supply, and wold at fairly good prices. ' Plums, nectarine*! and a.pricots are nearly finished. Blackberries are in good demand, and passions are now commencing t<> arrive. Hothouse grapes are in slightly better demand, and oranges and lemons are selling well. Vegetables Plentiful. Very heavy supplies of cauliflower, ?abbage and green peas were available to-day at lower rates than last week. Potatoes were in heavy supply, maintaining las 4 week's prices. Pumpkins were in heavy supply, with pricee lower, and the same applies to carrot* and parsnips.. Kuniaras were in fairy supply at last week's pricee. Beans were a glut on the market, and rhubarb and lettuce were also cheap.
