HENNING'S INSPECTED.

CROWD AT MURIWAT. The committee of the Auckland Motor Cycle Club went out to M&ngere this afternoon to insi>ect Henning's Speedway, where a great deal of improvement work hae been done during the paet year. If the track is considered to be in sufficiently good condition the club will hold a race meeting there in the near future. The championship races at Muriwai on Saturday attracted the largest crowd ever seen on the beach, ae the motorists were also holding a gymkhana there. The officials of the club had eo mnch difficulty in keeping people out of the path of the racing motor cydee that it was decided that in future all races on the beach should be decided on halfmile etraights, inetead of mile straights ae hitherto.
