IMQUIB.T TO-MORROW. The nautical inquiry into the capsizing of the scow Rangi off Rakino Island during a gale on the night of January 14, with the loss of four lives, will commence at 10 a.m. to-morrow at the Magistrate'* Court The Minister of Marine, the Hon. P. iFraser, has appointed Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., to preside, and Captains Q. Sorenson and F. R. G. Jensen, both former scow-masters of many years' experience, and Mr. T. F. Anderson secretary of the Auckland Seamen's Union, as assessors.
