DIVORCES GRANTED.
Two undefended divorce suite were heard by Mr. Justice Callan at the Supreme Court this morning. Joseph Thomas (Mr. Allan Moody) stated that be was married in 1000 to Amelia Agnes Thomas. In 1925 his wife took proceedings against him for separation and maintainence but failed. The next year she left home, taking three of the children with her. She had remained away ever since. A decree nisi, to be moved absolute, was granted on the ground of desertion. In her petition against Conrad Boyee it was stated by Dora Irene Helen Boyee (Mr. Allan Moody) that she and her husband agreed to separate on New Year's Eve, 1031, the year in which t*hey were married. Early in their married life, said petitioner, there was trouble over her husband's extravagance, A decree nisi was granted on the ground of separation.
