RUSSIA FALLS INTO LINE.
British Official Wireless. RUGBY, February 21. The Soviet Government has sent a Note to the British Government, signifying its adherence to the clause in the London Naval Treaty of 1930 governing submarine warfare. Britain, the United States, Italy, Japan and the British Dominions gave their adherence to the clause last November, and since then Germany, Belgium, Greece and now Russia have signified their adherence.
