NORTH BROKEN HILL. 1 DIVIDEND OK 1/6 A SHAKE. Ailvlrc rc'iMvril by the Auckland Stork Exchange on Saturday from Wellington states that the directors of Xortli Broken Hill. Limited, Melbourne, have declared a dividend of l/(i a share. This is the lirst dividend declared by the company since its 700.000 £1 shares were subdivided toward the end of last yrvtr into shares of 5/ each. For the last financial year, when (Tie prolits of the company totalled , £ ti3ti.!)4o, dividends amounting to 13/C> a £ I share were paid, and before the subdivision a dividend of 4/ a £1 share was declared for the current financial year.
