PETER PAN.
A large number of dancing enthusiasts attended the Peter Pan on Saturday evening, many hostesses taking their guests to the cabaret. A floral decorated cubicle was set aside for the party given by Mrs. R. V. Shepherd, who entertained Mr. and Mrs. Harold Carlvle. who are visiting Auckland. Mrs. R. V. Shepherd wore a frock of black chiffon velvet and silver lame; Mrs. L. Walters, gold tissue with corsage of mauve orchids; Mrs. H. Carlyle, geranium red taffeta; Mrs. N. Shearer, ivory georgette; Mrs. J. White, Naples blue crepe and lei of flowers; Miss Cecilia Owsley, cherry georgette; Miss Sachtler, peacock blue faille; Miss T. Ashton, figured ninon; Miss Doreen Henning, reseda green flat crepe; Mis* V. Thorne, scarlet ring velvet.
