ATTENDANCE TOTALS 14,000.

PUKEKOHE, this day. Attendance figures for the two days of the Franklin Agricultural and Pastoral Society's fifty-second annual show were in the vicinity of 14,000, which is some 2000 more than at any of the previous 51 fixtures. Gate takings totalled £545, an increase of £101 over last year's total. Keen competition was seen on Saturday afternoon in the ring events. The Massey Memorial Cup was won by Mr. Alex Walker with Kia Ora, and was presented to the winner by Mr. A. C. A. Sexton, M J*. Additional results -were as follow:— CHAMPIONSHIPS. HORSES.
