Resignation from the position of honorary organising secretary of the New Zealand League for the Hard of Hearing, is announced by Mrs. G. A. Hurd-Wood, who recently returned from a world tour. Mrs. Hurd-Wood said she had actually relinquished office in November, 1935, but had not announced her decision at that time. She added that, as founder and life governor, she still had the full privileges of a member of the board of governors. Mrs. HurdWood will be the guest of honour on Friday at an informal reception arranged by the Wellington branch.
