NOT WITH CRIMINALS.
DOMESTIC CASES IN COURT. (Received 9..10 a.m.) LOXDOX, February 5. The House of Commons passed without division a private mil moved by Mr. M. l'etherick (Con., l'cnryn) requiring domestic cases to he heard separately from criminal cases and making reporting of them closely in accordance with the 1020 Act governing divorce. This means that women will not lie restrained from speaking out. The seconder, Mr. J. E. Kathbono (Con., Bodmin) emphasised that the bill's aim was to make domestic conciliation easier.
