BRITAIN'S MOVE.
French View of Next Step in Europe. APPROACH TO HITLER. (Received 12.30 p.m.f LONDON, February 4. The "Daily Telegraph" Paris correspondent says the French Government does not intend to make any reply to Herr Hitler's Reichstag speech which, according to M. Delbos, Foreign Minister, has merely brought back the diplomatic situation to where it was before M. Blum and Mr. Eden appealed for German co-operation. M. Delbos added: As Herr Hitler has not replied to M. Blum but only to Mr. Eden, the initiative for approaching Germany lies with Britain, especially regarding the demand for colonies and Germany's refusal to disarm.
