Coles and Co., Ltd., Melbourne, report having allotted the 163,070 fully-paid ordinary shares of £1 each, offered to shareholders at £2 a share. The allotment was in the proportion of one new share for every five ordinary shares registered on the books at September 30. It is expected that the scrip will be available early next month. ~ ) NEW REGISTRATIONS. The following recent registrations have appeared in the "Mercantile Gazette": — Increase of Capital.
