THEFT ALLEGED.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) KAIKOHE, this day. A charge of entering the house owned by Mr. H. M. Rushworth, M.P., and stealing 23/ and goods to the value of 8/ was preferred against Charles Howard Hansen in the Kaikohe Police Court yesterday. The house had been left unoccupied for about three weeks, and accused was found asleep on the bed. He was comniitted to the Supreme Court.
