LEAGUE TO CONSIDER.
RAW MATERIAL SUPPLIES
British Official Wireless. (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, January 26. The League Council will to-day deal with the Assembly's recommendation that an international committee be established to study the question of world supplies of raw materials. It is anticipated that a recommendation will be adopted and that instructions will be given to the Secretariat to invite participation in the inquiry by non-member States. There is reason to hope that the L'nited States, Japan and Brazil will be willing to take part. It is not possible yet to indicate the attitude of the German Government.
