Auckland Centenary—A communication was received from the Auckland Centennial Association appointing Mr. W. T. Cox a member. Mr. Cox, being unable to compy. the board appointed Mr. H. R.'Maxwell. Holiday Pay, STo. 5 Scheme.—lt was decided to pay out in two instalments. Drovers.—Complaints were received regarding drovers using roads other than those detailed. Members declared that permits must be obtained by drovers who had to come off the prescribed routes for the purpose of collecting or delivering stock, otherwise prosecutions would follow.
