MORNING PARTY.
The Lyceum Club lounge was the scene of a delightful morning tea, given to farewell Mrs. Peisker, wife of the Rev. Peisker. Mrs. E. Smythe, the hostess, received the guests and wore a frock of floral suede crepe, with hat to tone. The guest of honour was gowned in a navy ensemble and was the recipient of a beautiful bouquet and crystal vase. Among the guests were: Mesdames E. Rout, M. Blackie, R. Wliitwell, S. Weaver, H. Barton, Heald, Le Bherz. M. Turner, E. Fox, Wakeman, Parker, S. M. Farrelly, F. Mcßride, J.P., R. Andrews. Misses L. Peisker, Andrews, Rowe and M. Jackson. Mrs. Peisker an?l family have made many friends in New Zealand, and their departure to Australia is much regretted.
