DEPTH OF CHANNEL.
NAUTICAL ALMANAC ERROR. COXC'ERX AT OAMARU. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) OAMARU, this day. A mistake in the latest issue of the Xew Zealand Xautical Almanac was adversely commented on at a meeting of the Oamaru Harbour Board this morning. Tlie chairman, Mr. R. K. Ireland, said the depth of the Oamaru Harbour entrance channel was given as whereas it was 18£ ft.
The board viewed the error with grave concern.
