The opening session took the form of a service of praise, led by the combined choirs of city churches, and the only
business was the election, of the Rev. T:'-, H. Roseyeare, of Papatoetoe, afi ' , The 'Rt. Revv H.. H. Barton, the retiring -moderator, ,'raeached on the subject of Faafr in a Day of Crisis," and Mr. Rbseveare's address after his .election . was on "Evangelism, Our Unique Work."
