RACE DIVIDEND COLLECTED. WOMAN IN POLICE COURT. (By Telegraph.—l'ress Association.) CHRISTCHURGH, this day. i In an endeavour to counteract her losses at the races Charlotte Wilmot Kemp, aged's 6, altered a "win" ticket to a "place" ticket at Riccarton last week, and so collected a dividend of £8 0/, whereas the "win" ticket was valueless. These facts were related in the Police Court to-day when Kemp was admitted •to probation for twelve months by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M. An application for suppression of name was refused. ,
