Add sugar, nutmeg, nuts Xf: tin covered with buttered hd .n sssiw^atss*— Cookr ' Wholemeal Flake Scones. Ingredients.—Two cupfuls flour, 1 level cupful wholemeal flakes 3 teaspoonfuls baking powder, pinch eat, 1 dessertspoonful butter, about 1 cupful m M;thod.-Sift flour, baking p^wder nnrl salt Mix with wholemeal flakes. k! ta iitte lightly. Add »i.k, jtang to a moist dough. Turn on to floured board, kneading lightly; press or roll to one inch thickness. Cut into shapes, and bake on a greased tin in a hot oven ]oto 15 minutes. When cooked, turn on to cake cooler.
