LEAGUE OF MOTHERS.
HOWICK. The monthly meeting of the.Howick League of Mothers was held' in the Howick Hall, Mrs. Mansill presiding. The speaker was Mrs. Helen Griffiths, her subject being "A Scotswoman's Impression of" Honolulu." PAPATOETOE. The Papatoetoe branch of the League of Mothers held its last meeting for the year last week. Visitors from Mangere were warmly welcomed. An irfteresting talk was given by-Mrs. A. Turner and items were rendered by Miss H. Duli-. lianty and Mrs. Sanderson. The competition was won by Mrs. McKeown. Mrs. A. Richardson gave the thought for the month.
