BELGIAN CONFIDENCE.
GOVERNMENT FOREIGN POLICY. (Received 1.30 p.m.) BRUSSELS, October 29. The Chamber, by 120 votes to -12, voted its confidence in the Van Zeeland Government's foreign policy. Significance of this vote lies in the Chamber's recognition of the Ministry's neutrality policy.
