TIMELY DISCOVERY.
YOUTH OVERCOME BY GAS. RESCUED BY FATHER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NAPIER, Friday. Owing to the long absence of his 20-year-old son, a father went to the bathroom to see if his son was all right. He found the door locked, and burst it in, to find his son unconscious on the floor. The youth later recovered, and explained that he felt faint in the bath and got out, only to fall down. He crawled to the door, where he lost consciousness. An examination revealed a gas leak in the califont.
