NORTHCOTE R.S.A.
Members of the Northcote R.S.A. stood in silence last night as a tribute to the late Messrs. John Murdoch and Henry H Bressano.
Captain Harrison Lee presented to the association a large photograph of Kin" Jvlward VIII. in full uniform ns colonel-ih-ehief of the Seaforth Highlanders. In accepting the gilt on behalf of the members, the president, Mr. A. V. Tyer expressed gratitude to the donor, and said' the picture would be hung in the most pionnnent position in the clubroom. An enjoyable social evening was "spent songs being contributed bv Messrs H W Iyer, and W K A. Stewart. Mr. Ross .Harris placed the accompaniments' and; aJso for community singing.
