OVER ENGLAND.
ZEPPELIN'S RADIO REQUEST. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 12. Owing to bad weather the airship Hindenburg radioed asking .permission of the Air Ministry to fly over England. This was granted and the Zeppelin was seen over Bradford.
