FOUL WEATHER.
RACE WINNERS' FLIGHT. (Received 1.30 p.m.) NAPLES, October 12. Messrs. C. W. A. Scott and Giles Guthrie, winners of the PortsmouthJohannesburg race, arrived here from Cairo after an adventurous flight. Mr. Scott said they refuelled at Brindisi, where they received a weather report in Italian which they coulcl not understand. They met foul weather across the Apennines, necessitating returning and flving round the toe of Italy.
