BIRKENHEAD SEWERAGE.
CLEBK OF WORKS APPOINTED. Thirty applications were received by the Birkenhead Borough Council for the position of clerk of works in connection with the contract let to Slessrs. dri liter Brothers for the installation of a sewerage system. At a special meeting of the Borough Council last night, Sir. M. Blair, of Dexter Avenue, Slount Eden, was appointed.
