PLAINTIFF NONSUITED,
MOTOR COLLISION SEQUEL. (From Our Own Correspondent.) PUKEKOHE, Slonday. The damages claim, following a motor collision near Paerata, which was commenced 011 September 2!), and in which the Court ordered the Pukekohe police lo produce their plan of the scene of the accident, witlfbut result, was concluded to-day before Sir. F. H. Levien, S.SI., 111 the 1 ukekohe Court, when it was found unnecessary to ask for the plan, the plaintiff being nonsuited. Thomas B. Nicholson claimed from SI. D. Jaques (Sir. GoldstVne) £92 1/ for damages and general expenses, following a collision at the Pukekohe turnoff 011 the Drurv-Waiuku main highway. The plaintiff was nonsuited and defendant was allowed costs amounting to £7 10/.
