TRANSPORT LICENSES.
SITTINGS OF AUTHORITY. The Licensing Authority for the No. I Transport District, Mr. E. ,J. Phelan, left Auckland this afternoon for Hamilton, where to-morrow he will sit to consider applications for passenger service licenses. On the following day a further sitting will be held at Rotorua. Mr. Phelan was accompanied by Mr. R.'-11. Nicholls, district officer for the Transport Department.
