LONDON'S BUSES.

END OF PETROL ALL DIESELS IN TWO YEARS. —* i (Special.—By Air Mail.) LOND.Oiv, September 19. * Petrol-driven motor buses are to disappear from Lohdon's Streets within the next two years. They are to be replaced by oil-burning Diesel-engined buses, 10 of which are being placed on the streets every week. Advantages of the new buses are tliat they are easier to handle, and more comfortable than the existing type. It is claimed, also, that as they give off no fumes, London's air will be clearer. It is hoped that by the time of the Coronation 2000 of. the new buses will bo operating in London.
