TWO UNDEFENDED ACTIONS. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 5. Included in 1590 divorce suits listed for the term beginning on Monday is the Countess of Jersey's claim, which the earl is not defending. Another undefended suit is that of Lady Montagu against Lord Edward Montagu, son of the Duke of Manchester. The Earl of Jersey, who is 28 years of age, is a grandson of the earl who was Governor of New South Wales in the '90's. He married Miss Patricia Richards, of Sydney, early in 1932, they paid a visit to Australia and New Zealand in the course of their honeymoon. Two years later Lady Jersey was reported to be triumphing over a mysterious illness which had forced her to be an outcast from all social life for the past year.
