SUMMER DANGERS.
Slimmer will soon he liorc with all its sunshine and hathing. But it also will briii"' its penalties and dangers in ills following over-exposure of the head to the rays of a tropical sun. Xow the remedy is in sight, and immediate action is necessary. Asbestos is being woven into material, a fireman's suit only'weights 41b, and with this (which is being manufactured in the north of Italy) hats could, and' should be made that would resist the heat of the sun and mean safety in the enjoyment of summer sports and harvesting. There should be a depending frilling or some arrangement to cover the hack of the neck, and also air holes in the crown. This would save people from harm due to the burning rays of the sun. ! ACER.
