MOTORISTS' COMPLAINT.
CYCLISTS WHO "HOOK ON." (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Complaints from motorists against cyclists being towed by motor vehicles were considered by the Automobile Association (Wellington). Reports received indicated that the practice of cyclists of hooking on to mudguards of cars with pieces of wire was increasing, and that under the existing regulations a motorist was held responsible, even if he were unaware of the cyclist's presence.
