STRUGGLE FOR POWER.
Leadership of Austrian Heimwehr. STARHEMBERG AND FEY. VIENNA, October 4. The struggle between Prince von Starliemberg and Major Fey for control of the Heimwehr has been marked by dramatic moves.
Tn the first place av a partial conference, tlie party expelled the Prince from leadership, but on Friday evening his supporters, at a larger conference, dismissed Major Fey. The latter thereupon conferred with the Chancellor, Dr. von Scliuschnigg, who now has forbidden the newspapers to publish Prince von Starhemberg's communiques. Major Fey has proclaimed himself supreme leader of the Vienna Heimwehr, and declares he will fight the Prince to the end.
