OLD-TIME DANCE.
A jolly gathering of dancers attended the weekly old-time dance of the Takapuna Citizens' Band held in the band hall, Taharoto Road, Takapuna, on Monday evening. Excellent dance music was supplied by the band's "Parklands" orchestra, with extras played by Messrs. J. Henderson (accordion) and Goddard <»'piano). The duties of masters of ceremonies were* in the hands of Bandsmen L. J. Henderson and R. Wotlierspoon. The Monte Carlo dance was won by Miss G. Jones and partner. The usual dainty supper , was dispensed by the 1 ladies' social committee.
