QUALIFYING ROUNDS

ROTORUA, this day,
The qualifying rounds for the New Zealand Veterans' Cup were commenced on the Rotorua Golf Club's course this morning in bright sunshine, but with a tricky wind. Ninety-five players of 55 years or o\'9r are engaged, the qualification for the cup being the best 32 net scores over two rounds, with the next 32 qualifying for the Arikikapakapa Cup.
