Kaiapoi Woollens had unsupported sellers at 17/, paids at 15/10, and contributings were quoted between 6/2 and 6/5. Industrials were steadily quoted. Hume Pipes (Australia) improving with a final market from 19/6 to 19/11. The mining was more active, Gillespie's reaching 1/5 in reported sales, while Nemonas held to 1/.10.
