YOUTH'S FALL FROM SHIP.
UNCONSCIOUS IN WATER. While delivering bread on the s.s. Kawau, Ross Levy, aged 18, an employee of Kent's Bakeries, slipped and fell into the water. As he fell he struck his head art! received concussion. Unable to retain consciousness, he sank in the water and some water got into hie lungs, which necessitated artificial respiration by the St. John Ambulance officer on the wharf. He was taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance, and his condition is satisfactory.
